Job Title: Account Manager – Insurance Sales
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for helping others? As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth within our agency through strong client relationships and strategic product recommendations. You’ll help improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing and selling insurance products tailored to their unique needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively develop and manage customer relationships to support retention and new business growth
- Conduct policy reviews and provide consultative recommendations
- Educate clients on insurance options and upsell where appropriate
- Generate leads and convert both warm and cold prospects into policyholders
- Assist with customer service issues to ensure a seamless client experience
- Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
- Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License (licensing support may be provided for qualified candidates)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
