Job Title: Insurance Account Representative – Sales Focused
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you a motivated, persuasive communicator with a passion for helping others? As an Insurance Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving agency growth by building meaningful customer relationships and matching clients with the right insurance solutions to meet their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage proactively with prospective and current customers to identify their insurance needs
- Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage
- Assist with policy quotes, applications, updates, and renewals
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve individual and agency sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
