Customer Relations Representative – Insurance Sales & Service
Role Overview

As a Customer Relations Representative in our growing insurance agency, you’ll be both the trusted guide and reliable support our clients depend on. This position blends customer service with sales, giving you a rewarding and balanced career path in the insurance industry.
From answering policy questions and resolving concerns to introducing new coverage options, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening relationships and supporting our clients’ peace of mind. If you’re dependable, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients and prospects through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims follow-up
- Recommend and cross-sell insurance products tailored to client needs
- Build relationships that encourage trust and long-term satisfaction
- Support retention by proactively conducting policy reviews and renewals
- Collaborate with agency colleagues to ensure seamless client support
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable discussing solutions in a sales-oriented environment
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and helpful under pressure
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (we’ll provide guidance and support)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
