What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming client questions with professionalism, accuracy, and care
- Assist with policy updates, coverage inquiries, and basic claims support
- Keep customer records organized and up to date
- Work alongside licensed agents and team members to meet client needs
- Begin identifying customer needs and how insurance products could help
- Learn the foundations of sales in a supportive, low-pressure setting

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to pursue an insurance license (guidance and support provided)
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
