Insurance and Financial Services Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across both insurance and financial service lines

  • Provide tailored recommendations for life, health, and financial products based on client goals

  • Conduct financial reviews to support retirement planning, investment management, and asset protection

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements

  • Prospect and cultivate new client relationships to drive growth and revenue

  • Achieve individual and agency sales targets through consultative selling and high-quality service

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, consultative sales, and relationship-management skills

  • Self-motivated with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset

  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and simply

  • Active insurance license (Life & Health required; Property & Casualty a plus)
