Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Assist clients with billing inquiries, coverage updates, and claims follow-up

  • Identify and recommend insurance products that align with customer needs

  • Build rapport that encourages trust and long-term loyalty

  • Support client retention through proactive renewals and policy reviews

  • Partner with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)

  • Comfort engaging in consultative, sales-focused conversations

  • A calm, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach under pressure

  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses—training and guidance provided
