What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy
- Assist with policy changes, coverage questions, and basic claims support
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records
- Work closely with licensed agents to ensure client needs are met
- Begin identifying coverage opportunities through meaningful conversations
- Receive supportive training to build confidence in sales-readiness

What We’re Looking For

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
