Multi-Line Representative – Sales Focused

Role Overview

Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives on connecting with people and driving results? As a Multi-Line Representative, you’ll play a critical role in fueling agency growth by building strong client relationships and delivering insurance solutions tailored to each customer’s unique needs.

This is a sales-driven opportunity designed for professionals who are motivated to perform, grow their book of business, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to uncover insurance needs

  • Educate customers on available products and recommend personalized coverage solutions

  • Provide quotes, process applications, and manage policy updates and renewals with accuracy

  • Consistently follow up on leads to maintain a strong and active sales pipeline

  • Document client interactions and policy details thoroughly within agency systems

  • Collaborate with team members to exceed individual and agency sales goals

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven, goal-oriented mindset

  • Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License—or willingness to obtain
    (Licensing support may be available for qualified candidates)
